What type of services do you offer?

I offer various levels of service, from delivering a beautiful balloon set up to decorating an entire event. It all depends upon the size and how involved you would me to be with your event.

Can you work with my event planner?

Of course! When completing the inquiry form please provide your event planners contact information and I will reach out.

How early should I contact you for my event?

The earlier the better! Weekends fill up quickly and I can not guarantee availability unless you’ve paid a deposit at which point you are placed on my calendar. My desire is to be able to execute your vision, so the more time that I have the better.

Do you offer set up and take down services?

There is a fee based on your needs and location. That will be added to your package customized for your event needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your deposit is non refundable and maybe applied to a future date, subject to availability. Cancellations one week from your event/pick-up date are NOT eligible to be applied towards a rescheduled date.

What are your payment methods?

At this time, I only accept online payments. When a client accepts a quote, an estimate is converted into an invoice along with a detailed contract of the services being provided in which will be sent via email. Once the invoice & contract is sent, you will then have access online to submit your payment after you have reviewed and signed the contract.

I bought my own balloons and decorations, can you use them?

Thank you so much for considering providing your own decor for the event. I appreciate your input and involvement in the planning process. However, I strive to maintain a consistent level of quality and ensure that every aspect of the event aligns with my style and branding.

What areas do you service?

I am able to travel anywhere, there will be a travel fee based on distance.

Do you offer late night pickup at venues or residentials?

The latest pickup time is between 9:30PM - 10:00PM. Anything later will incur a late night pickup fee.
